Make an introduction
Introduce MSPs before they are in sales discussions with MSPortal. Ask eligible referrals to use your referral code when they sign up. Adding a code after discussions have started does not qualify.
Share in the growth
Receive 20% of the revenue your eligible referrals generate for one year. Payouts are scheduled 2–3 days after we receive payment, usually monthly.

Can I refer a company already talking with MSPortal?
No. If a company is already in sales discussions with MSPortal when you first refer it, it is not eligible for the referral program and you will not receive the 20% referral commission for that company. This includes discussions with our sales team or anyone acting on our behalf. Registering as a partner or adding a referral code later does not change that. General marketing emails alone do not count as sales discussions.
How much can I earn?
You receive 20% of all MSPortal product revenue from each eligible referred customer, after discounts and refunds and excluding sales tax. This includes usage-based charges and add-ons. There is no limit to the number of customers you can refer.
When does the one-year earning window start?
Your earning window begins with each referred customer’s first paid invoice and lasts one year. Commission follows the product revenue actually paid, so your reward can change as their usage changes.
How do I get my referral code?
Apply with your email address above. You’ll receive a confirmation, followed by a personalized registration link and referral code. Complete registration before you start referring customers.
When will I be paid?
Payouts are scheduled 2–3 days after MSPortal receives your referral’s payment, usually monthly. Your payout account must be fully set up. Payment availability and bank processing can affect when funds arrive.
Do I need to collect payments or support customers?
No. Make the introduction and share your referral code. MSPortal handles customer billing, onboarding, and product support.
What about tax information?
You may be asked for tax details during registration. Any required tax documents will be provided according to the rules that apply to you and your payouts.
