Turn Client Data Into Visible Results
Use supported ticket, device and compliance metrics to understand trends. Choose the dashboards and reports that fit the audience, with company access and permissions controlling visibility.
MSPortal.ai is a client-facing portal platform for managed service providers that includes business intelligence as part of its 29-module suite.

Problems We Solve Every Day
Clients have no way to see how their IT environment is performing overall
Health scores and trend data built from ticket history, compliance status, device health, and engagement, visible to clients in their portal
Clients see a clear picture of their IT health, and the team spends less time manually assembling status reports
Both sides save time. Clients self-serve, and your team stops assembling slide decks
Clients don't know if their IT environment is getting better or worse until something breaks
Health scores trend over time, so clients can see when something needs attention before it becomes a crisis
Clients feel informed and supported because they can see their health trajectory, not just individual incidents
Knowing things are trending in the right direction is genuinely reassuring
Clients can't see whether their IT is actually improving month over month
Trend analysis tracks compliance completion, ticket volume, device health, and engagement over time with clear visual indicators
Clients see measurable improvement in their own dashboard, and the data is ready when review meetings come around
Progress you can point to makes every review meeting more productive

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Business Intelligence in MSPortal
What data does business intelligence use?
Available reporting sources include ticket, device, compliance, survey, usage and training records. Coverage and refresh timing depend on your connected integrations and configuration.
How does client health scoring work?
Client Health uses eight dimensions: service, engagement, financial, sales, projects, standards, environment and operations. The published score depends on enabled metrics and evidence coverage; insufficient evidence can produce a Limited data result.
Can clients see their health score?
Client users see the dashboards and metrics their permissions allow. Internal MSP health and financial views are separate; do not assume that a staff health score is published to clients.
Is this different from BrightGauge or MSPbots?
MSPortal includes dashboards and reporting alongside its client portal. Compare the specific metrics, integrations, permissions and external dashboard requirements you need when evaluating BrightGauge or MSPbots.
