Your price depends only on how many client organizations you serve. Monthly prices, excluding taxes and VAT:

The rate for your tier applies to every organization, not only to those above the tier's threshold. Some worked examples in USD:
- 5 organizations: $99 a month
- 10 organizations: 10 × $20 = $200 a month
- 30 organizations: 30 × $18 = $540 a month
- 100 organizations: 100 × $17 = $1,700 a month
- 400 organizations: 400 × $15 = $6,000 a month
Prices are also available in Canadian dollars, as shown above, and in euros. Euro pricing uses the same numbers as USD and includes EU hosting. Use the calculator on the pricing page to check your own number.
What every MSPortal plan includes
There are no feature tiers. Every plan has every module, including:
- In your clients' portal: tickets with status updates, compliance tracking, documentation and passwords, invoices, quotes and agreements, devices, licenses and warranties, training courses and certificates, budgets and IT roadmaps, and one login for every location.
- AI: unlimited AI usage, an AI assistant with actions you review, AI-drafted QBRs ready for your review, AI-assisted ticket intake and routing, AI drafting for compliance work, and an MCP server for AI clients. See what AI does in MSPortal.
- Your team and tools: unlimited technicians and client users, full white label with your brand, PSA and RMM sync, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, your portal in Microsoft Teams and Chrome, and REST API access.
Because technicians and client users are unlimited, adding staff or giving every client employee a login does not change the price.
Annual billing
Annual billing charges ten months of the platform price for a year, which the pricing page describes as two months free. For 30 organizations, that is $5,400 a year instead of $6,480 billed monthly, a saving of $1,080. For up to five organizations, it is $990 a year.
The annual discount applies to the core platform only. The optional training add-on is billed for all twelve months either way.
Optional training add-on
The Bigger Brains Training Library is the one add-on, priced separately from the platform at $0.45 USD per client user per month ($0.60 CAD). It includes more than 250 courses covering Microsoft Office, cybersecurity awareness, IT fundamentals, soft skills and compliance, with custom learning paths. You are billed only for client users with Bigger Brains enabled, and you choose which client companies get access. For example, 100 enabled users add $45 a month.
Trial, contracts and how billing works
- Free trial: 30 days.
- Contract: none. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade anytime.
- Billing count: you are billed at the highest number of client organizations in the month.
- Rate protection: the pricing page states that prices will go up, and existing customers keep their current rate.
- Migration help: data migration assistance is offered to MSPs with 100 or more client organizations, and a dedicated success manager is available.
- Support: priority email and chat support, product documentation and release notes.
